libladr4 software package provides the LADR deduction library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libladr4
libladr4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libladr4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libladr4 *
You will get with libladr4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
